Frank is a case manager who places excellent and effective communication at the heart of his work. With many years of experience working with acquired brain injury, mental health, and other long-term conditions, he seeks to understand each client, their needs, aspirations and motivations to steer his personalised approach that ensures input and support is focused and responsive to each individual, and their lifestyle. A warm, professional and approachable clinician, Frank brings a balanced leadership style that brings out the best in the MDT and provides positive role modelling where appropriate. He has experience of introducing outcome-based approaches with ongoing monitoring to demonstrate progress and celebrate successes. His assessment and report writing demonstrates his considered and reflective approach to rehabilitation and support for each client, alongside a keen understanding of cost effectiveness and the value of the services recommended and provided. Frank’s background is as a dual registered nurse, RNMH & RNLD with an additional BSc in Mental Health Nursing. Prior to his move into case management, he held registered manager status with the CQC concurrently for two services, where he established the importance of empathy in delivering care that exceeded the standards established and inspected upon by the regulator.
